Donuts are not just a dessert, but a real symphony of flavors and textures. They are wrapped in a golden crust that crunches at the first bite, and inside there is a soft and tender dough that melts in your mouth. They can be sprinkled with sugar, covered with icing of different shades or sprinkled with coconut flakes.

Steps
1.Preparing the flour
Add yeast and salt to the sifted flour, mix well with a whisk.
2.Whisk the ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine the egg, soft butter and sugar, beat everything with a mixer.
3.Kneading the dough
Make a well in the flour, pour in the milk, water and egg-butter mixture, and knead the dough with a spoon.
4.Compaction of dough
Proceed to kneading by hand for 7-10 minutes, adding flour if necessary. The result should be a soft and homogeneous dough.
5.Rising dough
Grease a bowl with vegetable oil, place the dough in it, cover with film and leave in a warm place for one hour.
6.Secondary division
After the first rise, punch down the dough, divide it into two parts, cover with film and let stand for 10 minutes.
7.Forming donuts
Dust your work surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.5 cm. Cut out equal-sized circles with a diameter of 5 cm.
8.Heating the oil
Pour 2.5 cm of vegetable oil into the pan and heat over medium heat to 180 degrees (the appearance of bubbles indicates the desired temperature).
9.Frying donuts
Carefully place the dough into the hot oil, frying the donuts for 2-3 minutes on each side and turning occasionally.
10.Finishing and filling
Place the finished donuts on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Fill warm donuts with strawberry jam using a pastry bag or a syringe with a long nozzle. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
