Steps
1.Preparing chicken fillet
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into two parts and beat them a little.
2.Seasonings
Salt and pepper each piece of meat.
3.Pickling onions
Cut the onion into rings and marinate them in a mixture of vinegar and water in equal proportions. Leave the onion for 10-15 minutes.
4.Preparing the baking sheet
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, place chicken on it, then add pickled onions, mayonnaise and pineapple slices.
