This simple, affordable, and absolutely irresistible meal will warm you up from the inside out. This recipe uses chicken, rice, canned soups, butter, and simple seasonings. It can be customized with rotisserie chicken, broccoli, or cheese. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to four days or frozen for up to three months.

Collect all the necessary items. Set the oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Apply grease to the sides and bottom of a casserole dish.

Mix the chicken, water, rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and cream of mushroom soup in the prepared casserole dish, and season with salt and pepper.
