Korean carrot is a savory, aromatic salad with a bright taste and characteristic spiciness. It is distinguished by rich spicy notes and a crunchy texture, which makes the dish appetizing and refreshing.

Steps
1.Preparing the carrots
Peel and wash 1 kg of carrots. Grate them with a special grater for Korean-style carrots and place in a large bowl.
2.Adding spices and seasonings
Add 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, 6 crushed garlic cloves, 100 ml of sunflower oil, and 2 tablespoons of vinegar to the carrots. Finally, add 1 teaspoon of hot red pepper.
3.Marinating the carrots
Mix all the ingredients well until evenly distributed. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
4.Serving and storage
After the time has passed, remove from the fridge, mix again, and serve. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
