Salad with champignons, chicken and cheese is a bright combination of tender chicken and aromatic fried champignons. Grated cheese adds creaminess and richness, while fresh herbs add brightness to the dish. Steps
1.Preparing vegetables and eggs
Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs, cool, peel and grate. Finely chop the onion.
2.Roasting champignons
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the champignons with chopped onions, salt and pepper until golden brown. Let cool.
3.Slicing cucumbers and chicken
Cut pickled cucumbers and smoked chicken fillet into small pieces.
4.Formation of layers
In a cooking ring, place layers of ingredients: potatoes, pickled cucumbers, champignons, chicken fillet, carrots and eggs. Cover each layer with yogurt.
5.Completion and cooling
Sprinkle the top layer with grated hard cheese and refrigerate for an hour to soak.
6.Salad decoration
Carefully remove the ring and garnish the salad with pickled mushrooms and herbs before serving.
