Steps
1.Preparation of the basis of the test
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, eggs, butter, salt and sugar, mixing thoroughly.
2.Preparation of spinach puree
Defrost the spinach and blend it until smooth. Mix the spinach with milk and add to the egg-sour cream mixture.
3.Adding dry ingredients
Sift the flour, then combine it with baking powder and a small pinch of soda. Stir this mixture into the spinach dough.
4.Frying pancakes
Place the dough in small portions on a preheated frying pan and fry on both sides until fully cooked.
