Steps
1.Step 1
Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add ziti pasta, cook until al dente, about 8 minutes, then drain.

Meanwhile, cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat; then, add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

Adjust the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Spread half of the ziti in the bottom of the prepared dish, then top with Provolone cheese, sour cream, half of the meat sauce, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese, and the remaining meat sauce. Finally, top with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven until heated through and the cheeses have melted, approximately 30 minutes.
